Chum Chi LLC is a residential remodeling company working across Sacramento and Los Angeles — kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, and full home renovations, handled with clear communication from first call to final walkthrough.
We work directly with homeowners across Sacramento and Los Angeles on kitchen and bathroom remodels, flooring, and whole-home renovation projects. Every project starts with a real conversation about how you use your space and what the finished result needs to look and feel like — then we plan the work around that, not the other way around.
We keep crews small and projects manageable so that scheduling stays predictable and there's always a clear point of contact for questions as the work moves forward.
Written estimates before work begins — no surprise line items.
One point of contact for the life of the project.
Work areas protected and cleaned at the end of each day.
Active crews in both the Sacramento and LA areas.
From a single room to a full renovation, we scope every project to fit your home, timeline, and budget.
Cabinetry, countertops, tiling, fixtures, and layout changes done right.
Hardwood, laminate, LVP, and tile — installation and repair, careful subfloor prep.
Drywall repair, texture matching, and finish work that blends in seamlessly.
Full prep-and-paint jobs, inside and out, with clean lines and even coverage.
New cabinetry installs, replacements, and repairs for kitchens and baths.
Baseboards, trim, molding, interior doors, and detail carpentry work.
Every project follows the same four stages, so you always know what's next.
We walk the space, talk through goals and budget, and confirm scope.
A written estimate and timeline before any work is scheduled.
Work proceeds on schedule with regular updates and a protected job site.
We review the finished work together before calling it complete.
